Get help with PPG Social

PPG Social is free. Support is best-efforts. This means I'll do my best to help when I can, but there are absolutely no guarantees about response times, fixes, or frankly, anything at all. Think of it like asking a fellow pilot for advice at the field. Sometimes you get great tips, sometimes you get stories about that one time they nearly landed in a tree.

What You Can Expect

  • Your messages will be read (probably)
  • Help will be provided if time allows (and coffee exists)
  • Bugs get fixed based on severity, impact, and how interesting they are to debug
  • Feature requests go on the "maybe someday" pile
  • Patience is appreciated—this is volunteer work

What You Shouldn't Expect

  • 24/7 support (there's a day job and paramotors to fly)
  • Guaranteed response times
  • Service level agreements (SLAs? Never heard of 'em)
  • A legal department to CC on complaints
